7. How to Export Output from the ADRF
To protect sensitive data, all output (tables, graphs, model output) must pass a formal Export Review before being removed from the ADRF.
Process Overview: Review involves two stages: an initial Cursory Review and a final Comprehensive Review by the relevant Data Steward(s).
Timeline: The review process targets completion within five business days, but delays can occur if reviewers require code/output changes.
Submission Requirements: Only submit final, well-documented output files. Intermediate files will be rejected.
Confidentiality in Output: Output must not contain exact numbers or figures that could be traced back to individuals or entities. Use ranges or aggregated statistics instead.
Confidentiality in Discussion: Beyond the Export Review, remember that you may not discuss statistics in exact numbers (e.g., refer to percentages/proportions only within 25% ranges).
💡 You can find detailed information as well as video tutorials on how to submit export requests and retrieve approved exports in the ADRF User Guide, which is available to ADRF users in Secure PASS in their project workspaces.
